Tomek is a veteran of the e-commerce industry. He developed Westwing in the CEE region from scratch to the position of the largest player on the e-commerce market in the home & living segment. It was then that he discovered that Europe lacked logistics companies that support e-commerce growth - this is how Omnipack was born. He gained his previous professional experience at McKinsey, a leading consulting company.
Logistics enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in the industry, half of that in e-commerce. He builds strong operational teams, changing the way we look at logistics. Recognizing the challenge of logistics in the e-commerce industry, he founded Omnipack in 2016. He also shares his extensive knowledge as an academic lecturer.
Milena is an experienced finance professional and manager with a successful track record in financial and business optimization in large groups, listed companies, SMEs, and start-ups. Former CFO at LUMA Group. She leverages the advantages of debt, equity markets, and has experience in IPOs, M&A, and VC transactions.
